Guru Da BeatGuru Da Beat belongs to the pioneers of the first hour, when we talk about percussions and live music performance in clubs. In 1995 the young Guru already played his first club-gigs in the legendary „Cafe du Congo“ and delighted the masses and his host. In the next years, he worked on his own distinctive style, played in nummerous clubs, toured with internationally known djs like DJ SAMMY, made records and placed himself with Projects like „Yamboo“ or „Samba de Janeiro“ in the top 20 of the charts. The studied multiinstrumentalist, Guru Da Beat, also plays e-bass and guitar also a whole slew of exotic oriental stringed instruments, which he constantly applies on stage with the Sexy Teachers. With more than 130 club-performances a year, Guru Da Beat belongs to one of the most booked musicians of this area. |
